While our organization also will comply with clauses which have been designed to ensure the parties’ compliance with Article 28(3) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

 

If you wish to withdraw your consent or to delete such data stored under our database, you can do so by emailing info@irishexpert.com within 72 hours such data would be removed/deleted from our database (As compiled to GDPR Art 17). However, note that withdrawing consent may limit our services’ scope and affect existing communication channels.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

You may correct or delete your personal information (excluding mandatory fields) directly from your user account or by emailing info@irishexpert.com if you don’t have a user account. We would make such an update in 72 (As mentioned in DPDP 24 under Sec-14).

Case of Breach Of Data

In case of any personal data breach, we will notify participants without undue delay after having become aware of it, and also notify the data controller/Data holder/Authorized officer of the personal data breach.

 

The Data Processor’s notification to the Data controller/Data holder/Authorized officer shall, if possible, take place within 72 hours after the data processor has become aware of the personal data breach to enable the Data controller/Data holder/Authorized officer to comply with the data controller’s obligation to notify the personal data breach to the competent supervisory authority Under Article 33 GDPR/ Report under the authority mentioned in section 18 of DPDP 2023.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically to align with legal, business, and customer/client requirements. Users will be duly notified of any revisions.
